Our goal is more than to see physical changes within our clients, so we also provide mental and emotional resources so they can lead enriched lives. We’ve designed our programs to use fitness as a means to develop discipline and accountability within clients, which leads to progress.
We focus on connecting with our clients and understanding who they are as individuals, then tailoring their programs to their unique personal needs. From competing on stage for the National Physique Committee (NPC) Bodybuilding in 2011 to being diagnosed with a severe autoimmune disease like Chrohns & Colitis in 2015 I’ve gone through my fair share of highs & lows in life. I was so sick in 2015 that I went from 200lbs 6% body fat competing onstage in bodybuilding down to 162lbs in a matter of 3 weeks and being in so much physical pain I couldn’t even get out of bed, let alone couldn’t even put on my own socks. Losing weight drastically and not being able to move all while my body would reject anything & everything I put near my mouth. I felt helpless, defeated, depressed, full of anxiety, anger & frustration. It was then that I made the decision to refuse to allow this disease to take full control of my life. I knew if I just took care of the things I can control id put myself in a better position to overcome my disease. I started to work with my Doctors & educated myself more about my disease it was then that I learned the value of true organic health & I’ve found even more value in not only looking good on the outside but feeling good in the inside and being functional without having any pain. From that point on I made the choice to start to train and feed my body differently from what I was used to. Even though my symptoms from my disease would fight me not to workout I still pushed through because I always felt better after my workout was complete. I truly believe fitness not only improved my physical but my mental health and emotional state by helping me become E-Motionally Fit, and being E-Motionally Fit has enhanced my life in general tremendously from my career to my relationships to what I think about myself. Everyone has a Story we can either allow it to defeat us or use it to our advantage to take action. We have more control of our life than we think. I've learned to use the resistance and hardships of my life thus far as a source of blessings. Yes blessings! Humbling me & giving me even more empathy for other people in their most vulnerable times. There's a process we must go through in order to become the person we are meant to be. The process prepares us, strengthens us, shapes us & develops us to be successful. Not in our time but in the right time.

With 15+ years’ experience of working in the corporatefitness industry & 20+ years of practicing & living a healthy fit lifestyle I’ve learned that everyone one has their own definition of being “fit” whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, run a mile in under 6min & or simply look good for summer one thing remains constant. No matter what your goal is everyone simply wants progress & it’s really an emotional compensation we want to fulfill in return for our time & effort.
It is a fact that motion causes emotion because physical activity stimulates the release of positive chemicals in our brain such as dopamine, endorphins, serotonin and norepinephrine in which all of these chemicals play an important role in regulating our mood. We believe movement & exercise is one of the most underused tools that we have as humans to increase & enhance our passion for life. The physical result is actually the least of the benefits one gets from working out because ones physiology actually follows right behind our mental & emotional results.
Fitness has helped me tremendously through some of the toughest times in my life thus far. I’ve learned to use the negative emotions such as sadness, anger, depression, loneliness, frustration, anxiety & used those emotions as fuel for my work ethic to turn it into positive results. There’s something about a positive attitude that causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events and outcomes. My mission is to share my story & deliver the message that Fitness goes far beyond our physical results.
